REMARKS

1. Cardholders can enjoy the VIP benefits and special discounts at all hotels owned by the Oriental Resources Group Dongguan.

FUNCTIONS OF THE MEMBERSHIP CARD AND VIP CARD

2. BONUS POINTS ACCUMULATION

For each sum of RMB 100 spent at the following venues of all hotels owned by the Regal Palace Hotel Group Dongguan,

bonus points will be accumulated into your Membership Card. For example:

Each bonus point is equivalent to RMB 1 Yuan.

The bonus points will be deducted automatically from the Membership Card after bill settlement.

3. STORED -VALUE FUNCTION

Cardholder can pre-pay an amount and credit it into the Membership Card (minimum RMB 1,000 Yuan). An additional premium of 10% of the actual-prepaid amount will be added to your card every time upon? value storing. For example, with actual value of RMB 1000 Yuan prepaid, the Membership Card will have the amount of RMB 1000+1000*10%=1100 Yuan.

REMARKS:

3.1 An official invoice equivalent to the actual prepaid amount can be issued on request upon value storing.

3.2 The prepaid amount in the Membership Card is non-refundable and non-encashable. The prepaid amount can be paid in cash, credit card, bank card or remittance, except signing the bill on credit.

3.3 The prepaid amount can be used at all hotels owned by the Regal Palace Hotel Group Dongguan. When using the stored value for bill settlement, the cardholder can still enjoy special discounts, but no bonus points will be accumulated and no official invoice will be issued (If it had been issued upon value storing).

3.4 Stored-value can not be used for shopping, banquets, tour groups, meetings or other promotional items at special prices.

4. CREDIT FUNCTION

If credit arrangement has been established at any hotel owned by the Regal Palace Hotel Group Dongguan, the cardholder is entitled to signing bills on credit for monthly settlements at all service venues of that very hotel; Credit arrangement can be applied and handled at any hotel of the Group.

REMARK:

Bonus points cannot be accumulated immediately after each patronage when the cardholder pays on credit, but points can be made up after the on-credit bill is settled.

Bonus Points Reward

600 or 1500 Bonus Points Reward will be given to Peony Club member who has renewed membership.

500 bonus points reward will be given to Peony Club member who has successfully brought in a new member.

CONDITIONS OF USE REWARD POINTS

Each bonus point is equivalent to RMB 1 Yuan;

Cardholder can use bonus points at all hotels owned by the Regal Palace Hotel Group Dongguan. When using bonus points to settle bills, no more bonus points accumulation, no special discount and no official invoice will be given;

Bonus points cannot be used for shopping, banquets, tour groups, meetings or other promotional items at special prices;

Bonus points are non-refundable. When using bonus points in the card to settle bills, the cardholder should present the Membership Card to the cashier.
